About Us

The Florida Research Consortium is a strategic partnership between Florida’s universities, business community and state government. 

The FRC is focused on enhancing cutting-edge research programs at Florida’s public and private universities and adding to the diversity and strength of Florida's technology economy through the commercialization of that research.  Organized as a not for profit corporation, the FRC is governed by a volunteer board of top business, university and elected leaders who are responsible for directing a small staff charged with implementing the vision of the board.
